ABOUT YOUR SESSION/APPOINTMENT

I require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. The card will not be charged unless you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, see policy. Failure to provide one will result in your appointment being declined, unless you prepay.

If you are currently under a doctor's care for any illness or condition, please advise me right away. Depending upon your situation, massage may be contraindicated or I may require that you have a doctor's note in order to approve your appointment.

You cannot receive a massage if you are under the influence of alcohol or any recreational drug.

Please arrive a few minutes early to use the restroom, so we can start your session right on time.

Your 60-minute session includes intake, recommendations and a maximum of 50 minutes of hands on time.

There are no additional charges for any add-ons that may be used in your session.

I consider myself to be part of your healthcare/wellness team, and as such, no gratuity/tips are accepted.

When calling to request appointments outside regular business hours, or with less than 12 hours notice, appointments will be granted at double the current rates posted on the website, if I'm able to accommodate you. Payments for these appointments must be made at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Please drink plenty of water before your session and plan to drink a little more water than usual the day of your appointment.

Open communication with your therapist is critical! If there is anything that you would like done differently for your comfort or preference, please communicate your needs to me at any point during your massage.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING:

Canceling or rescheduling your appointment is to be done with at least 48 hours notice.

If less than 48 hours notice is given FOR ANY REASON, and you do not fill the vacancy, your credit card on file will be charged the full session rate, without regard to any coupons or discounts.

If you schedule less than 48 hours in advance, this policy automatically applies if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Requesting to keep the same date, and change the time of your appointment, is considered rescheduling.

Requesting to remove a service from an appointment booked for more than one service, with less than 48 hours notice , will also be subject to this policy.

If you send someone in your place because you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you must notify me by text to advise of the replacement, and if you are still paying for the appointment or if your replacement is. You are still responsible for the appointment until your replacement arrives or puts a credit card on file, whichever comes first.

If you miss or late cancel an appointment, your card on file is declined, and you do not pay the outstanding balance within 24 hours, all future appointments will have to be prepaid, and none will be scheduled until the missed appointment is paid for.
LATE ARRIVALS:

If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time and you are still responsible for paying the full session price.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you forfeit your session and your credit card on file will be charged the full session price.
